Three persons have been killed in Ogbomosho, Oyo state on Tuesday.
They died when a container-laden truck lost control and fell on a commercial tricycle.
It was learnt that the incident occurred at Takie Junction during which two female passengers and the tricycle rider were trapped under the container
According to an eye witness, trouble started when the truck reportedly lost control while navigating a bend, causing the container to topple and crush the tricycle.
Rescue officials later confirmed that all three victims had died.
As at the time of sending this report, efforts are still on at removing the container from the road to avert further accidents and restore traffic flow in the area.
