Breaking: Borno loses top government official

Borno state commissioner of finance, Ahmed Ali Ahmed, has been confirmed dead.
This was revealed on Monday in a statement by the Commissioner of Information and Internal Security, Professor Usman Tar.
He said, “Borno state Government wishes to announce the death of Ahmed Ali Ahmed, the State Commissioner of Finance.”
The statement from the Information Commissioner in Maiduguri indicates that the burial is slated for 5pm on Monday at the family house of the late commissioner in Damboa road behind Indimi’s residence.
