Breaking: Paul Chukwuma, APC guber aspirant dumps party hours before guber primary

A major governorship aspirant in Anambra State, Sir Paul Chukwuma, has dumped the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a letter dated April 4, 2025, Chukwuma announced his resignation from the party, citing reasons that are yet to be made public.
Chukwuma’s decision to leave the APC may be seen as a significant blow to the party’s chances in the upcoming governorship election.
However, it also raises questions about his future plans and whether he will join another party or run as an independent candidate.
The APC’s primary election is scheduled to take place on April 5, 2025, and it remains to be seen how Chukwuma’s departure will impact the outcome.
An inner member of Paul Chukwuma who confirmed the development, said some of them might move with their principal to All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
