FG hits back at claims of lopsided appointments


The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) has opened up on allegations of imbalance in federal appointments.
FG in a statement by Segun Imohiosen, the Director, Information and Public Relations for SGF described the allegations as unfounded and divisive.
The government reaffirmed its commitment to fairness, equity, and national unity, emphasizing adherence to the federal character principle.
The OSGF urged Nigerians to disregard speculative claims and rely on official sources for accurate information. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration remains committed to promoting national unity and equitable representation, aligning with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
The government’s stance underscores its dedication to building a united and prosperous Nigeria, where all regions and demographics are adequately represented. By prioritizing fairness and equity, the administration aims to foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity among citizens.
