FIFA Club World Cup: Full Chelsea squad list

Chelsea have confirmed their 28-man squad for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup in the United States, with four new summer signings included in the travelling party.
Chelsea have officially announced the 28-man squad for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States. The squad includes four summer additions: goalkeeper Mike Penders, centre-back Mamadou Sarr, midfielder Dario Essugo and striker Liam Delap.
Enzo Maresca’s side will travel to Atlanta on Friday, where they will kick off against Los Angeles FC on Monday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Blues will then play their next matches at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field, facing Flamengo on Friday 20 June and ES Tunis on Tuesday 24 June.
The competition brings together 32 champion clubs from the six international confederations, with Chelsea taking part following their triumph in the 2021 Champions League. The teams will be split into eight groups, with the top two teams advancing to the last 16.
Cole Palmer, who will wear number 10 for the duration of the tournament, is one of the players who will wear a new number, although the final squad numbers for the 2025/26 season will be confirmed after the summer transfer window closes. Chelsea’s aim is clear: to lift the trophy on Sunday 13 July.
