Finally, PDP recognises Okoye as National Secretary, dumps Wike’s man

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has officially confirmed Rt. Hon. S.K.E Udeh Okoye as its National Secretary.
This decision was made by the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) in compliance with the judgment of the Court of Appeal, Enugu Division.
According to the NWC, the judgment from the Court of Appeal takes precedence, and there are no other subsisting or superseding judgments from higher authorities.
The party has begun transmitting its resolution to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and other relevant bodies for recognition.
The NWC commended party members for their loyalty and respect for the rule of law, reassuring that the party will continue to adhere to its constitution, operational guidelines, and the vision of its founding fathers.
