Juma Jux announces date for grand finale wedding with Priscilla Ojo

Tanzanian music star Juma Jux has finally opened up about the inspiration behind his series of wedding celebrations with Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo, revealing that each ceremony is a tribute to key moments in their love journey.
In a video that has since gone viral, the R&B singer explained that the couple is gearing up for their seventh and final celebration, set to take place on May 28, 2025, in Tanzania. This, according to Jux, will mark the grand finale of their elaborate love story.
“This is the final round, the big one,” Jux said with a smile. “I call it the final one because my wife is tired already.”
The singer acknowledged the toll the multiple weddings have taken on Priscilla, the daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, particularly due to the effort required for her bridal attire in each ceremony. “She always tells me, ‘It’s easy for you because you’re wearing a suit; you don’t have to go through a lot with dressing.’ I understand her,” he said.
Despite already celebrating their union five to six times, Jux admitted he initially wanted even more weddings, including one at the location where they first met.
“5-6 weddings is not even enough for me. I wanted more. I wanted to go to the place where we first met, but she has no energy; she has tried,” he said, praising Priscilla’s patience and commitment.
Jux promised that the upcoming Tanzanian celebration will be nothing short of spectacular, drawing guests from around the world.
“Tanzania is the final one, the last one, and because it’s the final one, I’d put everything on that. It’s going to be crazy,” he teased. “My friends from different countries are coming — from Uganda, Kenya, China, the USA, and of course, Tanzania.”
With fans eagerly anticipating the final wedding bash, the couple’s whirlwind of ceremonies has captivated many, offering a glimpse into their unique expression of love that crosses borders, cultures, and continents.
