Lewandowski suffers injury as Barca defeat Celta

Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski was subbed off with an injury on Saturday against Celta Vigo, causing worry among fans with seven days to go until the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid.
Alarm bells went off at Barcelona after Robert Lewandowski was forced off early with an injury in Saturday’s 4-3 victory over Celta Vigo at the Estadio Lluis Companys.
The Poland striker went down after seemingly suffering a blow to the hamstring of his left leg, and was then replaced in the 78th minute by Spanish midfielder Gavi.
The news stirred worry for the Catalans with just seven days remaining until they take on Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final on April 26 at the Estadio de la Cartuja.
Fans will be hoping the injury is not serious, as an extended period on the sidelines could also put him at risk of missing the Champions League quarter-final tie against Inter Milan.
