Thuram to miss UCL semi-final against Barca – Report
Marcus Thuram will not be fit in time for the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Barcelona.
The Inter Milan striker was injured against Bayern Munich.
Things are looking good for Barcelona to fight for all the titles. After winning the Copa del Rey against Real Madrid in a brilliant final, the Azulgrana team is now focusing on the Champions League semi-finals against Inter Milan.
The first of the matches will be this Wednesday in Montjuic. Marcus Thuram will not be there to play, and the Nerazzurri do not want to take any risks with him, as they are thinking about the return leg and the fight for the Serie A title.
Italian journalist Pasquale Guarro, a specialist in Inter information, indicated that Thuram’s muscular problems are more serious than expected and that, therefore, he will be out of the first leg of the Champions League semi-final.
