Transfer: PSG rule out summer move for Bradley Barcola

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have made it clear that Bradley Barcola will not be leaving the club this summer, with both the board and coach Luis Enrique fully counting on the young winger for the season ahead.
Despite mounting interest from top European clubs, including Chelsea and Bayern Munich, PSG remain firm in their stance.
Barcola, 22, enjoyed a breakout 2024/25 campaign, racking up 21 goals and 18 assists in all competitions. His importance to Luis Enrique’s setup has grown steadily, and the club sees him as a cornerstone of their future rather than a saleable asset.
It’s a signal of PSG’s intent to shift the perception that they are a club willing to cash in on emerging talent.
The Frenchman’s rise has been nothing short of remarkable. From his early days at Lyon’s academy to his starring role in Paris, the left winger has emerged as a rare example of homegrown talent thriving in a squad often defined by blockbuster signings. His senior debut for France in 2024 and participation in Euro 2024 have only strengthened his reputation.
In choosing to hold on to Barcola, PSG are not only protecting one of Ligue 1’s most promising players but also sending a message about their long-term vision.
