New era begins as Adeyanju officially takes over as Executive Secretary of NLTF

Comrade Tosin Adeyanju has taken over as the new Executive Secretary of the National Lottery Trust Fund (NLTF), pledging to make President Bola Tinubu proud.
Adeyanju, who was appointed by President Tinubu, took over from Dr. Bello Maigari, who has been praised for his leadership and contributions to the agency.
In his handover remarks on Thursday, Dr. Maigari expressed confidence in Adeyanju’s ability to lead the agency to new heights. “I am leaving NLTF as a happy man because a man taking over from me is a man filled with so much capacity to deliver,” he said.
He described Tosin as a man filled with capacity, who has a history of supporting democracy and involvement in activism.
Dr. Maigari also praised the management staff as disciplined individuals who are competent enough to support the new Executive Secretary to drive the NLTF to greater heights.
Adeyanju, in his response, thanked Dr. Maigari for his leadership and promised to build on his legacy. “I am proud to be given this national assignment and I pledge to make President Tinubu proud,” he said.
He also appealed for the cooperation of the staff and stakeholders, saying, “I have begun work on the challenges facing the agency and I am confident that with your support, we will achieve great things.”
Adeyanju, a seasoned administrator and activist, has been tasked with leading the agency to new heights and ensuring that it continues to deliver on its mandate.
The NLTF is responsible for managing and disbursing funds generated from lottery games to support good causes and charitable projects across Nigeria.
With Adeyanju at the helm, stakeholders are optimistic that the agency will continue to thrive and make a positive impact on the lives of Nigerians.
