VIDEO: Again, Lagos school student allegedly assaults junior over minor incident


A disturbing case of student violence has emerged from Bright Future Secondary School, located on Bajulaye Road in Shomolu, Lagos State, where a JSS3 student was allegedly beaten by a senior student over a minor issue.
According to reports, the altercation began when the junior student’s tie inadvertently brushed against the senior student. Despite immediately apologizing, the senior allegedly refused to accept the apology and resorted to violence, punching the younger student in the face and leaving him with visible injuries.
A video circulating on social media shows the injured boy with a swollen eye, sparking outrage among netizens.

Adding to the controversy, the school’s principal is alleged to have shielded the senior student from facing consequences by preventing the victim’s parents from seeing him. Instead, the injured boy was reportedly sent home without receiving any medical attention.
The incident sent the media community abuzz, with many calling for swift disciplinary action against the alleged perpetrator and the school authorities involved.
