El-Rufai sets for first media interview

Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has announced that he will be making his first media appearance since leaving public office in May 2023.
El-Rufai revealed in a post on his social media handles that he has accepted an invitation to be a guest on Arise TV Prime Time live program at 8 p.m.
“My media team has observed that this will be the first interview I am granting to any media organization since I left public office on 29th May, 2023. Please tune in if interested,” he wrote.
El-Rufai’s upcoming interview has already sparked interest, as many anticipate his views on Nigeria’s political landscape, governance, and his recent public statements.
Since leaving office, the former governor has remained a key political figure, frequently making headlines for his criticisms of government policies and his calls for strategic alliances ahead of the 2027 elections.
With his media silence set to be broken, Nigerians are keen to hear El-Rufai’s perspectives on national issues and what the future holds for him politically.
