DNA: Nigerian lawyer tells Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged baby mama what to do

Legal practitioner Stan Alieke has weighed in on the ongoing paternity dispute involving socialite Cubana Chief Priest and his alleged baby mama, Hellen Ati.
Hellen recently took to Instagram on Mother’s Day to publicly appeal to Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma and his wife, Chioma Uzodinma, urging them to intervene and compel Cubana Chief Priest to take a DNA test. She lamented the struggles of raising her son alone in Kenya without financial support from the alleged father.
Reacting to the controversy, Alieke advised Hellen to abandon social media appeals and seek legal action if she is confident in her claims. He explained that if a court determines Cubana Chief Priest is the child’s father, he will be legally obligated to provide financial support for both mother and child. However, if the DNA test proves otherwise, Cubana Chief Priest could take legal action against Hellen for defamation.
