The announcement was shared via the company’s official social media platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), providing detailed instructions and contact information for prospective partners.

According to the Dangote Group, the registration process is as follows:

1. Initial Contact: Interested customers are required to send an email to [email protected] to initiate the application process.

2. Documentation: Applicants will then receive registration guidelines, a link, and due diligence forms to fill out and submit.

3. Verification: Successful applicants will be issued a Dangote Refinery registration PIN along with a notarized Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form notification.

4. Appointment Confirmation: Once cleared, the customer will receive an official distributorship appointment letter confirming their registration status.

The company also disclosed the minimum quantities required for each petroleum product available to distributors:

Gasoline (PMS): 2 million litres

Diesel (AGO): 2,000 metric tons

Aviation Fuel (ATK): 1,000 metric tons
