Bagna donates relief materials to IDP’s camp in Niger

Niger State Former Commissioner For Internal Security and Humanitarian Affairs, Hon. Emmanuel Umar Bagna has donated relief materials worth hundreds of thousands to Internally Displaced persons at Erena in Shiroro Local government area of Niger state.
Bagna who visited Erena in Shiroro local Government to sympathise with the people and the internally displaced persons of Allawa, Bassa, and other communities affected by the recent banditry attacks, at Central Primary School Erena.
The Former Commissioner, while addressing the victims before handing over some relief materials, which include clothes and cash donations, expressed his deepest concern and worry at the living condition of the IDP’s as well as the plights of the victims and the entire people of the communities.
He emphasised that, he is deeply worried and concerned about their situation as well as what they have lost as a result of these attacks, saying that only God who is in heaven can replace them, and watches over all and will not leave them alone, he said he will continue to be their shield at all times. Adding that God in His infinite mercy will continue to watch over them and their safety.
Hon. Umar Bagna further stressed that the State Government, under the leadership of the Farmer Governor, His Excellency Muhammad Umaru Bago is committed to bringing an end to the menace of insecurity bedeviling the people.
Highpoint of the visit was donation of wrappers and clothes as well as cash to the IDP’s.
