My uncle, Adeleke is the best governor Osun ever had – Davido
Popular Afrobeat singer, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has said that his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke is the best governor Osun ever had.
He said people undermined him because he loves to dance but he has proven himself with his performance in the state.
Davido featured in a recent episode of Culture Knock Out, C.K.O, hosted by Chris and Baloo.
He said, “My uncle, the Dancing Governor is good vibes. He has an amazing story, he is the last born of my dad’s family. They [Osun people] never believed that he would become a governor.
“He is a real example of, ‘Don’t judge a book by its cover’; just because somebody likes to dance and have a good time, it doesn’t mean when it is time to work, he won’t. Now, he’s been the best Governor that they’ve ever had.”
