It’s indeed disgusting, pathetic, painful, shameful and maddening disgrace and a slap on democracy and it’s process talking about the recent action of the Kano State Government in relation to the humanistic project been executed in Farm centre kano where street lights solar are been placed in the market which suffered a devastating fire outbreak recently. 

The decision of the state ruling party in which the state government ordered a stay of execution and shameful stoppage of the installation of the solar lights was generally perceived and interpreted to be a dirty politics which have a political repercussions on the side of the government.

Every living soul knows that the government is playing a dirty politics and one can’t precisely pinpoint the benefits it would drive from such reckless decision. The cruz of the entire brouhaha emanated from the humble and humanistic tendency of the Senator Barau Jibriln who graciously decided to offer a relief to the victims of the fire incident which occured few days back. The fire made a devastating wreckage of the famous market which attracted sympathy and support from well to do individuals in the ancient city.

The deputy senate president visited the site and offered a huge package to the victims which consisted the sum of two hundred millions, a bus and five motorcycle to be use for security purposes. He also promised an installation of one thousands solar street lights to beautify the market and offered constant lights to curtail security threat.

It’s an open plot to curtail the spread of Barau,’s influence, popularity and public acceptance which is becoming wide and daily spreading like wild fire. His massive popularity is giving the governor a sleepless night and all effort to curtail and stop the menace is perceived to be a priority and should be executed no matter the cost or the victims that may be affected on the process.

As such the senator gestures to the victims of the fire outbreak was indeed massive and bound to attract a political impact that may come handy during election contest. In their blindfolded miscalculation, stopping the installation would be a positive decision to curtail the man excess and political spread.

But it is quite glaring the decision would attract massive sympathy to the Senator as many interpreted it as a massive slap and open attempt to stop the man’s influence and would surely proved to be a blunder and outright miscalculation from the side of the opposition.

As it today, the state populace are widely condemning the government actions and are calling upon the government to rescind their unpopular decision and allow the victims to enjoy the humble gesture. Calling upon the government to stop politicizing the humble gesture as it is generally commended and recognized by the entire populace. Stopping it would do nothing but add and boost the senator popularity and massive acceptance by the state populace.

But the question that keeps wrangling and disturbing the mind of the political analyst is why the said Senator has become a thorn in the flesh of the opposition government ? Why is it that any action from the said Senator keeps unsettling the sitting governor knowing fully well that the man is simply doing what is expected of him as Senator from the state who is undoubtedly powerful and influential been a deputy senate president of the federations.

It’s widely believed that the senator is presently nursing his long term ambition to govern the state. As such he has become the biggest opposition of the current government. The government beliefs that Stooping his noble projects is a political weapon to curtail his influence and massive bond that is been built with people. But such a myopic and miscalculated actions is adding salt to injury and a case of building a castle on the air.

Instead of the current government to used the resources at its disposal and provides projects upon projects that would endear it to the state populace, it regretfully busy fighting the Senator and making every moves to stop it’s an execution of any projects that the Senator is daily providing to the people of his Senatorial and the entire citizens of the ancient town.

The Senator had indeed becomes the most talk about politician not just in the state but the entire northern region. His projects are massive and are not just been recognized but also hailed and commended by all and sundry. His contributions to the overall developments of the state are massive and attracting sympathy and massive support and love from the entire populace.

It’s generally believes and rightfully perceived that the Senator is the strongest candidate who has the arsenal to wreck havoc on the present government in the upcoming 2027 election. No amount of blackmail, plots, attacks and blockage of his activities could detter or slow the rapid acceleration of support and solidarity from the state populace. His love and genuine affection to the state populace has been recognized and noticed by the entire populace who are ready and willing to cast their massive votes on him.

His work and developmental projects are justifiably been regarded and accepted as second to none as such fighting him at this period would do nothing but boosting his profile and popularity among the populace who strongly believe that the man would transform and glorified the state status and influence if he becomes the state no. 1 citizen.

The opposition should stop building castle on the air and concentrate on providing a dividend of the democracy to the state populace who are yet to see the impact of the administration after two years on the saddle.
