Eno congratulates Nathaniel Bassey on prestigious invitation to Trump inaugural prayer breakfast


Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to internationally acclaimed gospel music minister, Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, following his invitation to minister at the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast for the 47th president-elect of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
The event is set to take place on January 20, 2025.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Ekerete Udoh, Governor Eno commended Pastor Bassey for his exceptional contributions to gospel music, highlighting his embodiment of Akwa Ibom’s values of excellence, creativity, and universal love.
“Your invitation to minister alongside other renowned global ministers at the inauguration of the President-elect of the United States, Donald J. Trump, is a testament to your international influence and the profound impact of your ministry in advancing the Kingdom of God,” Governor Eno stated.
The Governor expressed immense pride in Pastor Bassey’s accomplishments, acknowledging the gospel minister’s continued support for Akwa Ibom State and his prayers for the region. He noted that Bassey’s participation in such a high-profile event further underscores the excellence and creativity that Akwa Ibom is known for on the global stage.
