Huijsen to sign 5-year deal with Real Madrid

Real Madrid have reached an agreement with Dean Huijsen over a five-year contract, as the Merengues are set to finalise a €58 million deal for the Bournemouth defender.
Just a matter of time before Dean Huijsen becomes an official Real Madrid player.
The Merengues seem to have completely beaten Premier League sides in the race for the 20-year-old centre-back, who is on the verge of completing a €58 million move from Bournemouth.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid have reached an agreement over personal terms, with just the final signature remaining on the player’s side. Huijsen is set to pen a five-year contract to seal his stay with Los Blancos until 2030.
Romano also informs that Huijsen has completed medical tests in London and is now set to join in time for the Club World Cup this summer. Xabi Alonso, who is expected to take charge before the start of the tournament in June, is said to have pushed Madrid to complete the transfer.
Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal were also prepared to trigger the release clause for the Cherries defender. However, it is understood that it was always Huijsen’s intention to make his dream move to the 15-time Champions League winners.
