Messi reacts to Raphinha’s comment on Argentina

The Argentina world cup winner Lionel Messi, has reacted to Raphinha words in the run-up to the game against Brazil.

Argentina’s thrashing of Brazil continues to leave reactions from both sides.

The ‘Albiceleste’ trashed the ‘Canarinha’ in a match that was marked by Raphinha’s previous statements.

The Brazil winger said before the match that they would give the reigning world champions “a beating on and off the pitch”, something that did not happen on Tuesday.

Messi, absent from the squad due to injury, wanted to respond indirectly to the ‘Canarinha’ player: “Inside, outside, wherever with this national team. Always speaking through football.”

In addition, the ‘10’ wanted to congratulate his teammates for the two victories achieved that, in fact, have given the mathematical pass to the World Cup 2026: “Congratulations for the great game you did and also for the victory against Uruguay.”
