2Face announces separation from wife, Annie Idibia
Nigerian popular music legend Innocent Idibia, professionally known as 2Face, sparked confusion on Sunday after a social media post announced his separation from his wife, Annie Idibia.
The announcement, shared via the singer’s official Instagram account, announced that the couple had been apart for some time.
However, shortly after the post went viral, 2Baba released a follow-up statement claiming his account had not been hacked.
A video clip reportedly showing 2Baba confirming the separation began circulating on social media shortly after.
The conflicting narratives have left fans and the public puzzled about the true state of the artist’s marriage.
