#Edodecides2024: INEC announces commencement of collation of results

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has confirmed that the collation of results from Saturday’s Edo State governorship election will commence today, Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 10 am.

In a statement issued early Sunday, Resident Electoral Commissioner in Edo State, Dr. Anugbum Onuoha, assured the public of a transparent collation process, adhering to INEC’s regulations.

“We appreciate the patience and cooperation of the parties as we strive to ensure a credible and accurate outcome of this important election.”
