Cubana Chief Priest sues Kenya alleged baby mama

Popular Nigerian socialite and businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has filed a defamation lawsuit against a Kenyan woman, simply identified as Hellen, over claims that he fathered her child.

The legal action comes after months of public controversy, during which Hellen repeatedly alleged that Cubana Chief Priest is the biological father of her son. She had also persistently demanded that he undergo a DNA test to confirm paternity.

In support of her claim, Hellen has been sharing photos showing herself, Cubana Chief Priest, and the child, suggesting a family bond.

However, in a dramatic development, a legal document from the High Court of Kenya in Nairobi has surfaced online. The court filing—brought under Sections 1A, 1B, and 3A of the Civil Procedure Act and Order 40 of the Civil Procedure Rules seeks to restrain Hellen from making further defamatory statements or publishing any related content on social media platforms.

Cubana Chief Priest, through his legal team, is demanding that the court issues an injunction to prevent Hellen from continuing what he describes as a smear campaign against his reputation.

This move marks a significant shift in the ongoing saga, with the businessman choosing the legal route after initially keeping mum on the allegations.
