APC chieftain defends Enenche amidst staged miracle allegations

Comrade Okpokwu Ogenyi, an APC chieftain from Benue State, has come to the defense of Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche, Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, following ongoing criticism about the authenticity of miracles performed at the church.
Ogenyi, in a Facebook post, described recent accusations by former Christians and pastors as “archaic, barbaric, unspeakable, and untrue.” He shared a personal testimony of witnessing a miraculous healing firsthand at Dunamis’ Glory Dome, affirming that Pastor Enenche’s divine intervention saved a patient who had been “marked for death.”
According to him, “I personally took a patient who was marked for death on the said date, but the spirit of God through Dr. Paul Enenche saved him. He is still alive even now. I saw with my own eyes how Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche came spiritually, asked us to sing along with him, and my patient was healed immediately.”
Ogenyi stressed that the experience changed his perception of Dunamis, declaring, “If it is not working for you, it is working for us. Those who experience healing keep their health and give glory to the Almighty Father.”

His statement comes in response to allegations from a former pastor of Dunamis, who recently accused Pastor Enenche of staging miracles. Additionally, social media influencer Verydarkman shared a video criticizing the Dunamis leader, further fueling the controversy.
Despite the backlash, Enenche’s supporters, including Ogenyi, continue to affirm the legitimacy of his ministry and the miracles reportedly happening at Dunamis.
