Breaking; Court orders Yahaya Bello to appear for trial

Court of Appeal has ordered the former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello to present himself for arraignment.
The court’s ruling effectively overrides the earlier judgment delivered by the Kogi State High Court.
The Appeal Court’s decision restrains Bello from taking any further actions regarding the charges against him until he has been formally arraigned.
