Ahmad Bunkure, the Special Adviser on Works to Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf, has tragically passed away just a day after his swearing-in.
The unexpected demise occurred on Wednesday in Egypt, as confirmed by a statement from the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi DawakinTofa. The news has left many in shock across Kano and beyond.
In his condolence message, Governor Yusuf described Bunkure’s death as a profound and irreplaceable loss, highlighting the significant role he was expected to play in the administration’s development agenda.
