Breaking: Tragedy strikes as NNPC boss loses daughter

Fatima Kyari, the 25-year-old daughter of Mele Kyari, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), has tragically passed away. Fatima died on Friday, October 11, 2024, leaving her family and the nation in mourning.
Vice President Kashim Shettima confirmed the heartbreaking news and offered his condolences to the Kyari family. In his message, the Vice President expressed deep sympathy, praying for the soul of the departed and asking for divine strength for the family during this difficult time. He recognized the profound grief that comes with the untimely loss of a young daughter in the prime of her life.
