CBN sacks another 40 staff


The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has sacked another 40 staffs.
The recently sacked staffs are mostly from the development finance department (DFD).
The disengaged staffs were offered their sacked letters on Friday.
Among those affected is Musa Zgabawa Bulus, an Assistant Director of the CBN, heading the National Collateral Registry (NCR) was affected.
Deputy directors and assistant directors were mostly affected with 22 from the DFD and the remaining 18 from Medicals and Procurement Services Department.
The details of sacked staffs are still sketchy as at the time of filing this report but sources within the apex bank revealed that the total number of sacked staffs now risen to 67.
