Devote yourselves fully to Christian parenting—not the secular parenting that sidelines God and the Bible’s instructions and guidances on raising godly children.

The home, the very first institution created by God, is under constant attack by modern influences, digital technology, and social media. These tools aren’t inherently bad; their impact depends on how we use them! That is, it depends on the user.

The Devil is relentless, using every platform and modern avenue to reach our children. So, give your home—and especially your children—the careful attention they need.

Make your children feel comfortable and close to you, so they can freely share whatever they’re experiencing. They are exposed to countless influences, with the world and the Devil working to reshape their minds in harmful ways.

Avoid using threats and intimidation to raise your children. If we rely on fear alone, they may remain physically under our roof but become emotionally and spiritually lost.

As couples, we need to collaborate, cooperate, and stand united in raising our children.

Effective and godly parenting requires committed prayer, a strong inner spiritual life, maturity, relational skills, and a partnership between husband and wife.

Remember, we cannot give what we do not have; a parent who isn’t spiritually alive in the Word and Spirit of God can’t lead their child to Christ.

Model the character you want to see in your children. Life begets life. Be a living example, one that both speaks and shows God’s truth and love.

We need deeper collaboration, cooperation, and complementing of each other as couples to raise godly children in today’s challenging world.

In some weeks ahead of us, we will be drawing instructions and help from God on ” COUPLES AS COLLABORATORS AND HELPMEET”
