Dangote refinery in perfect shape – Spokesman

The Dangote Industries Limited Branding and Communications Officer, Anthony Chiejina has rested panic over the minor fire incident that occurred at the refinery effluent treatment plant (ETP) earlier on Wednesday.
In a memo released after the incident, Anthony said the fire incident was swiftly contained and the refinery is operating perfectly.
According to him: “There is no cause for alarm as the refinery is operating and there is no recorded injury or body harm to any of our staff on duty “.
He, however, appreciated concern of Nigerians over the incident and promised the refinery would not relent in making the Oil and Gas Industry better for business purposes.
An eye witness, however, said the incident would have been more disastrous but for immediate intervention of firefighters in Lagos.
