Flood ravages Abuja popular estate, Trade-more

Rampaging floods have ravaged Trademore Estate, located in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Properties worth millions of naira were also damaged as result of the heavy downpour that started on Sunday night.
In the past years, residents of the mega city have been confronted with the hydra-headed monster of flooding, which has led to the loss of lives and properties worth millions destroyed.
Trademore Estate has been ravaged by floods during previous rainy seasons with the FCT Administration repeatedly promising to mitigate the flood, only for the disaster to continue to reoccur annually.
A similar flood in 2022 claimed three lives.
