Jet Age Nation Builders, Mauritian firm partner to empower African talents

In a landmark move aimed at fostering educational and professional development across Africa continent, Jet Age Nation Builders has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Confederation Institute of Talents of Mauritius.

This strategic partnership will enable African professionals and students to Mauritius for specialized Personal & Professional Development Programmes, furthering the organization’s mission to cultivate the next generation of African leaders.

Led by the African Coordinator, Ambassador Young Piero Omatseye, Jet Age Nation Builders siad: “I see Mauritius as a dream choice for African youths to unlock their potentials through African education, training opportunities, networking and exposure.

“By partnering with CIT, we are opening doors for our people to acquire world-class training that will position them as change-makers in their respective fields,” Jet Age coordinator, Omatseye stated.

According to the organization’s overview,
Jet Age Nation Builders is dedicated to empowering the African community for sustainable growth and development, bridging the gaps between governments and its citizens, organizations, development partners, investors, friends of Africa, and also Africans in diaspora, with the task of creating an environment for the “Africa The We Want”.

The focuse is equipping Africans with the knowledge, skills and the mindset needed to drive sustainable economic growth and personal development across the continent.

On its part, the Confederation Institute of Talents (CIT), based in Mauritius, specialises in human capital development.

The firm is known for its world-class training programs, offering cutting-edge professional courses designed to enhance leadership, innovation, and technical expertise.

The CIT Director, Mrs Deepika Panchoo, believes that the partnership could be the catalyst for many opportunities for youths and young professionals for the region.

Mauritius, with its stable economy and reputation as a hub for education and business, provides an ideal environment for African talents to thrive.

This agreement is a significant milestone in the mission to empower Africans through education and professional growth.

The Confederation Institute of Talents also expressed enthusiasm, noting that the collaboration reinforces their commitment to pan-African human capital development and aligns with Mauritius’ role as a gateway for skills exchange in the region.

The JANB-CIT partnership is expected to commence its first cohort of beneficiaries in the coming months, with plans to expand offerings based on demand.

The two organisations believe that the initiative will not only strengthens bilateral relations but also sets a precedent for cross-border professional and educational collaborations that will uplift Africa’s socio-economic landscape.

As JANB continues its mission to build a new generation of African leaders, it said alliance marks a bold step towards a future where talent development becomes the cornerstone of continental progress.
