“This is more than a birthday celebration; it is an opportunity to reaffirm our collective commitment to good governance, justice, and accountability in Nigeria,” the statement read.
The movement leaders urged supporters across the country and in the diaspora to support the rally by engaging in activities within their various states.
The group said four dedicated bank accounts had been created to fund the rally activities, which is jointly mangaged by three individuals named, Serah Ibrahim, Ezeokoli Blessing, and John Alor.
“To ensure proper coordination and transparency, the leadership of the movement has constituted a planning committee to oversee all state and national activities.
“As part of this effort, four dedicated bank accounts have been created specifically for the purpose of the 64th birthday rally, to fund logistics, media engagements, volunteer kits, and other mobilisation efforts across the federation.
“The accounts are jointly managed by, Serah Ibrahim, Ezeokoli Blessing (AKA Jack), John Alor,” the statement added.
The organisers assured contributors that all donations would be “transparently and responsibly managed,” with regular updates on income and expenditures.
“We urge every Obidient to join the local Obidient structure in their states and actively participate in the planning and execution of this monumental rally.
“Your involvement is crucial not just for this event, but for the movement’s broader political future,” the statement added.
