A disturbing case of domestic betrayal has surfaced online, as a Nigerian woman has reportedly confessed to hiring a hitman to murder her husband after he took a second wife and allegedly abandoned her and their children.

The shocking revelation was made in a viral post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), accompanied by a video showing the suspects being paraded and narrating their roles in the crime.

According to emerging reports, the incident occurred several months ago but only came to light following an extensive police investigation. Law enforcement officials apprehended the suspects and made their confessions public.

The alleged assassin, identified as Dolapo, claimed he had just been released from prison around March and was wandering without direction when the woman approached him.

“She came to me and said she needed someone to punish her husband,” Dolapo said in the video. “I asked what he did, and she said he married another woman and stopped caring for her and their children. When I asked what kind of punishment she wanted, she said she wished he could die.”

Dolapo went on to confess to carrying out the attack after multiple discussions with the woman, who later also admitted her role in the murder.

In her chilling confession, the woman stated: “I killed my husband because he offended me. I called Dolapo to kill him. When he came back, I called him again, and we did it.”

The revelation has triggered a wave of outrage across social media platforms, with users expressing shock, heartbreak, and anger over the gruesome act.
