Pictures: Tinubu, Ramaphosa vow to boost economic cooperation

Following a successful Presidential Inauguration Ceremony, President Bola Tinubu met with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Thursday to discuss diplomatic, economic, and bilateral matters.
According to a statement published on X.com by President Tinubu, his meeting with President Ramaphosa focused on ways to boost economic cooperation and strengthen the relationship between Nigeria and South Africa.
He further stated that both leaders agreed to implement robust trade and economic strategies to tackle the challenges facing their respective countries.
“Our discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and enhancing the economic ties between Nigeria and South Africa.
“President Ramaphosa’s warm welcome and dedication to mutual respect and cooperation reflect the depth of our relationship.
“We intend to work together to address our countries’ challenges through robust trade and economic strategies, and I am hopeful that we can lead our nations towards increased prosperity and unity.
