Pray for Tinubu to succeed, Lawan begs Nigerians

President of the 9th Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan, has enjoined Nigerians to continue to pray for President Bola Tinubu to succeed in his bid to transform the fortunes of Nigeria.
Lawan made the call over the weekend while taking questions from journalists after casting his vote during Saturday’s local government elections in Yobe state.
Lawan commended all local government administrations across Yobe state for living up to the aspirations of the people by delivering on their expectations.
He expressed optimism in the ability of President Tinubu to address the challenges faced by the country.
The former Senate President said, “We have to continue to pray for the leadership of this country; President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the Asiwaju of the Universe, who is doing everything possible to turn around some of the challenges that this country faces.
“We may not see the outcomes today, but, maybe in six months or in one year, we may see them. However, we are seeing some of the outcomes – some are pleasant and some not.
“These are the kind of outcomes we face, but, eventually, Nigeria will be transformed into an Eldorado. Nigeria will become a better country, and, of course, Nigerians will praise Almighty God and thank the leadership of this country.”
