Residents react as viral video captures clash between Police officers, soldiers

Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, witnessed heightened tension as residents flooded the streets following a viral video showing a heated altercation between police officers and soldiers.
The video, shared by a user on X (formerly Twitter) with the handle @General_Somto, captured soldiers armed with guns and sticks patrolling the streets and making threats. The scene suggested they were awaiting a confrontation with the police, although the cause of the conflict was not disclosed in the footage.
