The unsettling discovery has created fear and reactions, particularly as it follows closely on the heels of another tragic incident in Anambra State, where an EFCC officer was reportedly killed by a suspected internet fraudster, commonly referred to as a “Yahoo Boy.”
The circumstances surrounding Sylvanus’ death remain unclear, and there has been no official statement from the EFCC or the police at the time of this report.
As investigations into the case are expected to commence, concerned Nigerians have taken to social media to demand justice and transparency from the authorities regarding the tragic loss.
