Tinubu presides over FEC meeting in Abuja


President Bola Tinubu is currently presiding over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
The FEC meeting resumed on Tuesday after a six-week break since the previous session.
The last FEC meeting, held over two consecutive days on Monday, May 13, and Tuesday, May 14, covered a wide range of important state matters.
Almost all members of the cabinet were present at the meeting, with the exception of Vice President Kashim Shettima and National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu, who were not in the council chambers at the start of the session.
Among those attending the meeting was the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, George Akume; the president’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila; and the Head of Service, Dr Folashade Yemi Esan.
