VIDEO: NSA vows Tinubu’s critics will be silenced

National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu has issued a stark warning to the newly-formed terrorist group known as Lakurawa in Northern Nigeria, emphasizing that “nobody ever dares Tinubu and wins.”
His statement underscores the government’s commitment to suppressing not only the Lakurawa threat but also those who criticize President Tinubu.
In his message, Ribadu reiterated his confidence in President Tinubu’s resilience, assuring that any opposition will be systematically addressed. “They have come at the wrong time; nobody has ever defeated Tinubu,” Ribadu asserted, adding that the president’s leadership will ultimately produce what he termed “T-Gains.”
In recent months, Tinubu’s administration has been a topic ofs heated debate, especially following the economic strain linked to his removal of fuel subsidies. While some critics have coined the term “T-Pains” to describe the hardships resulting from these policies, Ribadu insists on shifting the narrative to “T-Gains,” highlighting what he describes as long-term benefits for Nigerians.
“We are beginning to see the gains—what we call Tinubu gains. Hundreds of bandits are killed everyday. Tinubu gains. We move everywhere in our country today free of fear, Tinubu gains. Things are changing,” he said.
“This so-called Lakurawa or whatever you call them are making a mistake; nobody ever dares Tinubu and wins—nobody. They have come at the wrong time; nobody has ever defeated Tinubu.
“We will kick the so-called Lakurawa out of our country. This is Nigeria of 2024. And this is a Nigeria where I can assure you the critics will be quiet one after the other. Things will change in our country.

As the security landscape evolves, Ribadu’s remarks reflect a strong stance by the administration to fortify security efforts in the North and reshape public perception of Tinubu’s policies. The NSA’s comments come at a crucial time, underlining the administration’s intent to solidify stability and assert Tinubu’s authority against both internal and external challenges.
