Youth commissioner, wife kidnapped en route to Soludo’s daughter’s wedding

The Anambra State Commissioner for Youth Development, Agha Mba, and his wife were reportedly abducted by gunmen on Friday, August 16, while traveling to attend the wedding of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s daughter in Abuja.

According to sources, the couple was en route to the event when they were ambushed by the assailants. Tragically, one of Mba’s aides, hailing from Onitsha, was killed during the attack.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the state, though details remain unclear as of now.
