Bauchi gov signs 3 executive orders

Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed has signed three EXECUTIVE orders to assist in addressing issues that affects the environment, weighing and measurements of grains as well as the removal of illegal structures in the state.
The Governor signed the executive orders brought before him by the state Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Hassan El- Yaqub SAN on Thursday.
He said the executive orders would assist in addressing deforestation issues in the state, ensure that adequate and uniform measurements facility (mudu) is use across the state and that the illegal structures removed needs to be backed by the law.
On the illegal structures, Governor Bala Mohammed said government has identified over fifty different places where all those affected would be relocated and requested for continues support and understanding. END
