Halt planned nationwide protest, North East Youth Ambassador urges Nigerians

The Office of the North East Youth Ambassador, has called on the youth of Nigeria to suspend their plans for the peaceful protest scheduled for next week.
According to a Press release issued by the representative of the group, Comrade Haruna Usman Muhammed, “We urge all youth in the North East to halt their plans for the protest. Our region is renowned for our love of peace and respect for our leaders and elders.
“We encourage the youth to pray to Almighty Allah and trust in His guidance instead. The planned protest appears to be an orchestrated effort by those who do not support the government of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, aiming to distract the government from the remarkable development work it has already accomplished”.
The release added that, “This government has achieved significant progress, and it is crucial that we support its efforts rather than hinder them.
“Therefore, on behalf of the North East Ambassadors, we call on all Nigerian youth to cease any plans for protests. This movement is nothing more than an attempt to destabilize our country.
“For the betterment of Nigeria, we must stand together, support our government, and continue to pursue peace and progress”, the group concluded. END
