Bauchi governor’s youth inclusion in governance fuels presidential hopes- Commissioner

Bauchi State governor, Bala Muhammad, has set a national precedent by appointing more youths to key positions in government than any other governor in Nigeria, a youth and Commissioner of Natural Resources Development in the state, Muhammad Maiwada Bello has claimed.
Bello in a chat with journalists lauded the governor for integrating young people into government.
“The governor is committed to building a government that reflects the energy and innovation of the youth.
“No other administration in the country has given more young people as many opportunities to serve in high-level positions as Governor Bala Muhammad’s,” he asserted.
Buttressing his points, Bello said the governor provided opportunities to several young men and women across the state executive council, local governments, and advisory roles in the state.
He urged the youth to reciprocate by supporting the governor and advocating for his aspiration for presidential contest come 2027.
