Aduke Gold’s family reveals funeral plans after tragic loss

The family of late gospel singer Aduke Gold has released the details of her funeral arrangements following her passing on Monday, August 12, 2024, after a battle with cervical cancer.

According to the family, Aduke will be laid to rest on Friday, August 23, 2024. To honor her memory, a candlelight procession is scheduled for Wednesday, August 21, while an artists’ night will be held on Thursday, August 22.

Both events will take place at Karaole Primary School in Ifako, Lagos, starting from 6 pm and running until 6 am.

The family shared in a statement, “After a family meeting, we agreed on the 23rd of August for the burial. We have planned several events, including a candlelight vigil on the 21st.”
