Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has unveiled a special financial support package worth N45,000 for civil servants in the state, aimed at enhancing their celebration of the forthcoming Eid-al-Kabir festival.
This thoughtful initiative seeks to provide financial relief and support to employees within the State Unified Local Government Service and Local Education Authorities.
According to a statement released by Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed, the Governor Radda’s Chief Press Secretary, the N45,000 package is divided into two parts:
A N30,000 Loan/Advance to be conveniently repaid over three months (July, August, and September) with a manageable monthly instalment of N10,000.
The additional component is a special “Sallah Package” worth N15,000, which will be presented to each civil servant in the state, aimed at enabling them to joyfully celebrate the Eid-al-Kabir holiday without financial stress or hardship.
Malam Falalu Bawale, the Head of Service in Katsina State, expressed his heartfelt appreciation and commendation for the Governor’s considerate and thoughtful initiative.
He noted that the financial assistance “will undoubtedly bring relief to numerous households, enabling them to fully celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid.”
