Japa: Nollywood actor quits acting for plumbing job in Canada

Popular Nollywood actor and movie producer, Chris Bassey, has revealed that he has left the Nigerian entertainment industry for plumbing in Canada.
The actor made this known during a recent Instagram Live interview with media personality Daddy Freeze.
Bassey disclosed during the live chat that his new career pays better than tech jobs and also gives him a more relaxed lifestyle.
Freeze had queried Bassey about his career choices since he moved abroad.
“I am into construction here; I do construction; I am a plumber,” the movie producer said.
“In the last seven months, the provinces I have visited on weekends just within Canada, someone who is into tech cannot afford what I was paid. I am not capping. I know what I am saying; I do not know about the US but here.”
