Niger: APC stakeholders emphasises on collaboration for progress


Stakeholders of the All progressive congress (APC) in Zone B, Niger State have collectively called on party members to set aside their differences and work collaboratively to strengthen the party and enhance governance.
During a meeting convened by the APC Zonal Chairman, Hon. Wallijoh Danladi Ahijoh, at the instance of the Political Leader of the Zone, Deputy Farmer Governor Comrade Yakubu Garba, participants emphasized that post-election priorities must shift toward governance, requiring unity and concerted efforts to improve citizens’ lives.
The gathering, which included Commissioners, Members of the State House of Assembly, Local Government Council Chairmen, and LG Party Chairmen, focused on fostering cohesion and addressing critical issues affecting Zone B.
Stakeholders unanimously praised the Farmer Governor, Rt. Hon. Umar Mohammed Bago, and his Deputy for their commitment to infrastructural development and agricultural transformation, particularly in efforts toward achieving food security in Niger State.
The stakeholders emphasized the importance of unity, stating, “Without unity, we cannot achieve the best.” They called for collective action to address the challenges facing Zone B and to deliver solutions that align with the needs of its people.
In reaffirming the strategic significance of Zone B as the home of Niger State’s capital, stakeholders underscored its role in advancing state progress.
They resolved to leverage this advantage to position Zone B as a leading contributor to the state’s development.
Concluding the meeting, the stakeholders collectively endorsed the Farmer Governor’s vision for a New Niger, anchored on infrastructural development, economic growth, and agricultural innovation.
They pledged unwavering support for this transformative agenda to unlock the full potential of Niger State.
