61 nabbed for thuggery in Kano

The Kano State Police Command has said it has arrested 61 suspected thugs in the state.

In a post via it’s official X handle, the suspects were arrested across the five emirate councils.

The command via its post on Saturday said,”#Photo News: Sallah Day-2 (Hawan Daushe): The Kano State Police Command, in continuation with its efforts to clamp down on all forms of thuggery activities and ensure hitch-free Sallah festivities, arrested additional 61 suspected thugs bringing the total to 115 suspects from across the five emirate councils in the state.

“CP Mohammed Usaini Gumel also commended the combined inter agencies security teams for keeping the state safe.”
